The 4 Foundations of Mindfulness or the Satipatthana Sutta, in Pali, are the discourses in early Buddhism on how to practice Mindfulness. Even the newest meditators are aware of some of the principles embedded in this scripture. As our practice stabilizes in a supportive way, it is very helpful to be clear about the foundational principles of mindfulness practice.
In his drop-in classes, Fez has been sharing his insights from the 4 Foundations and doing his best to share an accurate description of what it is. With this much familiarization, he finds it beneficial to explicitly share it piece by piece, one foundation at a time. Each class will include guided meditation, teachings on the 4 Foundation from a practice perspective, and time for questions and discussion. It is recommended that you attend all 12 Tuesdays, but recordings will be made available if you cannot attend on a Tuesday.
Please observe that as an online community, we seek to be on camera when we are in practice to give people a sense of being with one another. Of course, there are moments and times when being off-camera is more appropriate.
Sliding Scale Pricing:
$144 – $264 +
Suggested Ranges:
Contributing $264+
Sustaining $216-$264
Supporting $180-$216
Base $144-$180
We operate with a tiered pricing scale. The ranges are merely a suggestion, fundamentally we want you to offer what you are able. When you are able to offer more, it goes a long way toward helping us keep these offerings affordable in the face of rising expenses. Even offering $10 more than the base price is helpful.
